I loved it, staff and location were excellent. Wonderful room, comfy bed and brilliant bathroom. The gardens were nice here. The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a fairly nice area. Also, the venue was only 1 km to Walls of Chester. The restaurant was nice and its excellent dishes are to die for.

fabulous restaurant, absolutely amazing staff, unbeatable position. we booked guest room with garden view. the exceptional service was provided in this appealing hotel. there were free internet and safe parking available.

Clean quirky accommodation with brilliant staff and perfect location inside the city walls. I loved nearby Picnic, they had nice drinks. The service was good in that hotel. Besides, the parking was nearby. My stay here was lovely.

The room was cool, the pool was great, the staff was LOVELY. Though you guys made our stay best, beds were too soft. Plenty of delicious items for continental breakfast. Fabulous hotel in Chester, lovely location close to Eastgate Clock.

Wi-Fi didn't work.

I loved that it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from upper northgate street bus station. All I could ask for, exceptional value.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was great. Room was incredible and amazing, had central heating and a radio. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The hotel was next to the heart of the Chester: D
